S'more dessert recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 full-size graham crackers
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4-5 milk chocolate candy bars broken into pieces (I use Hershey’s)

Instructions

  1. - Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. - Line a cookie sheet with foil and leave one inch overhang on edges
  3. - Spray foil with cooking spray and place crackers on foil so sides touch
  4. - Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and comes to a boil (about 5 minutes)
  5. - Pour evenly over crackers and bake about 5-6 minutes or until bubbly
  6. - Remove pan from oven, sprinkle with marshmallows and candy bar pieces
  7. - Bake 2-3 minutes more until marshmallows are soft
  8. - Let cool, cut into pieces, and serve
