Do you love chocolaty fudge but not the sugar contents or calories? This recipe is so easy and so guilt free I really felt like I found gold after the first time I made it! Using maple syrup as a sweetener and natural cacao powder instead of chocolate make for true chocolatey goodness. And the coconut oil gives it such a good melt-in-your-mouth texture.
I love making this fudge just to keep it in the fridge for when I have a sweet tooth, which happens to be nightly. But it’s a guilt-free treat!

4 Ingredient Guilt Free Fudge
This recipe came from Golden Barrel, https://www.goldenbarrel.com/recipe/coconut-oil-fudge/, but I have simplified some of the steps to make it even easier.
Depending on the size of your container or how you cut the squares you can get about 15 pieces.
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup blanched almond butter or cashew butter (unblanched will give you a grainy texture. I prefer blanched.)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Line a loaf pan or a glass container, about 5 x 7 size, with parchment paper
Melt your coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove top.
Add the other ingredients.
Mix everything together until it is nice and smooth
Pour into container. Refrigerate for about 2 hours
Cut and serve!
Store in the fridge, it will melt if it gets too warm
